Doorstep Delivery

BUBD otp QEXPRESS for courier services. Delivery will take 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and PH) after your payment has been verified and we will dispatch your parcel on the next day.

In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, QEXPRESS will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts). After 3 attempts, the customer will have to pay the re-delivery fees. BUBD will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us due to failed delivery attempts or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST PARCELS

Once your parcel is in the hands of our third-party delivery partners, it is no longer under our control and BUBD is not liable for any lost parcels if convincing proof of delivery provided by our third-party delivery partners. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your parcel will arrive within 10-15 business days from the date of order placed. All parcels will be tracked via QEXPRESS website.

Import Duty & Taxes including handling fee will be charged to the consignee according to customs standards of the arrival country. Customers are responsible to settle all taxes/or duties are charged for your parcel.

• Use a mild detergent; avoid bleach or harsh chemicals that can damage fibers.
• For hand-wash-only items, soak in cold water with a mild detergent, then rinse thoroughly.

Drying Instructions

• Air Dry: Lay flat or hang your clothes to dry in a shaded area to avoid direct sunlight, which can fade colors.
• Avoid tumble drying unless explicitly stated. If using a dryer, choose a low-heat setting.

Ironing Tips

• Use a low to medium heat setting and iron your garment inside out to avoid shine marks on delicate fabrics.
• For wrinkle-resistant items, a quick steam is often sufficient.

Special Care for Unique Fabrics

• Cotton: Wash in cold water and reshape while damp to avoid shrinkage.
• Linen: Hand-wash or use a delicate machine cycle; air dry for a natural look.
• Silk: Dry clean or hand-wash in cold water with a silk-specific detergent.
• Wool: Use a wool-specific detergent and lay flat to dry to maintain shape.

Storage Tips

• Store your clothing in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Fold knits and heavy garments to prevent stretching; hang lightweight items on padded hangers.
