How To Exchange?

      Conditions:

• Discounted/Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original conditions and packaging that includes gifts was gifted.
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

By mail/delivery:

Pack the item carefully and indicate your order number starting with # with keyed-in personal information, contact phone number, and exchange address on the package.

In-Person Exchange:

You can exchange the items at our studio (Tong Lee Building) but all subjected to availability.

Items will be inspected upon reaching us. Store credits will be noted once the return is successful. We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our exchange & return policy.

All postal fees, customs duties and taxes for returns are to be paid by the customer. The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved and to be reach us within 7 days after approval. You should arrange to return your defective or incorrect items no more than 7 working days after our acknowledgement.
