LOCAL SHIPPING

Doorstep Delivery

Delivery will take 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and PH) after your payment has been verified and we will dispatch your parcel on the next day.

In the event whereby a failed delivery occurs, our logistic partner will redeliver on the next working day (up to 3 redelivery attempts). After 3 attempts, the customer will have to pay the re-delivery fees. BUBD will not be held responsible for any packages sent back to us due to failed delivery attempts or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

LOST PARCELS

Once your parcel is in the hands of our third-party delivery partners, it is no longer under our control and BUBD is not liable for any lost parcels if convincing proof of delivery provided by our third-party delivery partners. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your parcel will arrive within 10-15 business days or even longer from the date of order placed. All parcels will be tracked.

Import Duty & Taxes including handling fee will be charged to the consignee according to customs standards of the arrival country. Customers are responsible to settle all taxes/or duties are charged for your parcel.
